Hunter Monsour

President & Chief Executive Officer
Hunter Monsour, President and co-founder of Prime Property Syndicates, directs private equity and real estate activities, including co-leading the firm's initiatives. With extensive experience in the real estate sector, Hunter previously served as Senior Vice President at Hines, a global real estate investment firm, where he managed large-scale commercial and residential projects. Prior to Hines, he was a Managing Director at Tishman Speyer, overseeing acquisitions and asset management. Hunter earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Matt Austin

Managing Principal
Matt Austin joined Prime Property Syndicates in 2019 and co-heads the firm's real estate investment initiatives, overseeing day-to-day operations. His responsibilities include directing the firm's investment strategy alongside Joe Jacobs, sourcing investment opportunities, negotiating partnerships and acquisitions, and managing the Prime Property Syndicates team and operating partners. Matt has been active in real estate since 2007, serving on the boards of several companies invested by Prime Property Syndicates. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cornell University with a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management.

Stacy Smith

Director – Asset Management
Stacy Smith joined Prime Property Syndicates in 2019 in the real estate private equity group. Her primary responsibilities include developing and managing a portfolio of office buildings, industrial buildings, single-family developments, and commercial land holdings in Oklahoma City. Stacy also provides oversight on commercial leasing for projects in other markets. Prior to joining Prime Property Syndicates, she was a real estate development attorney at the Polsinelli Law Firm in Kansas City for five years, specializing in zoning and entitlements, real estate finance, and economic incentives. Stacy Smith earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) with Distinction from the California State University, Northridge and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kansas. She currently serves on the Board of Governors for the KU Law School.

Phil Bottfeld

Chief Financial Officer
Phil Bottfeld joined Prime Property Syndicates in 2020 as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing accounting, financial planning, and treasury functions. He previously served as Director of Fund Accounting at Elion Partners, LLC from 2014-2020, managing finance and accounting for over $1.5 billion in assets. Phil began his career as a Senior Assurance Associate at Ernst & Young from 2010-2013, specializing in real estate, technology, and large municipalities. He holds a Master of Accounting from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Florida, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida.

Dannelle Swearingim

Director - Capital Markets
Dannelle Swearingim, Director - Capital Markets, joined Prime Property Syndicates in 2022 and is primarily responsible for sourcing capital. Previously, Dannelle played full-time on the ATP World tennis tour, reaching a career high of #206 in the world, and representing the Croatian Davis Cup and United Cup teams. Prior to her time on the ATP World tennis tour, Dannelle worked for a family office in New York City, focusing on venture capital and real estate. Dannelle earned her Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Finance from Princeton University and her Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Matija Pecotic

Vice President – Acquisitions and Asset Management
Matija Pecotic, Vice President – Acquisitions and Asset Management, joined Prime Property Syndicates in 2023 and is primarily responsible for sourcing investment opportunities and contributing to the firm’s expansion across Florida. Before joining Prime Property Syndicates, Matija held the position of Vice President of Acquisitions & Capital Markets at Hidrock Properties, where he successfully sourced and executed $500 million worth of real estate transactions spanning from New York to Florida. Matija earned his Bachelor of Finance from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business.
